So I just found one of my old fav pc games out of nowhere, usi101 (さあ牛だ!- Here comes the cow?), but I can't for my life make it run over 1fps, tried compatibility mode and all that shit, nada, nothing, muda muda muda.
Here It is:
>gofile DOT io/d/p8HnC3
The game came with a txt file and surprisingly the website still exists to this day:
I checked the trial version they have for free (60mb) and mine is bigger (123mb) with more files and what I guess is the full gallery/game.
If someone knows how to run it normally on win10 or If an updated version exists, I would greatly appreciate It.

Did this (but ran it under Proton) and it worked perfectly.
Controls are a little weird since it uses ZXC and ASD and they're bound weird (Space is the pause menu for some reason?) but otherwise it's a pretty sexy Assault Suit Leynos type game.

Can't as in are unable to or don't know how? If it's the former then you could always install WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux) and then install Distrobox and run it under that.
If you don't know how then... I don't really know how to help you. Maybe it's a longshot but try https://github.com/xupefei/Locale-Emulator/releases since maybe the lack of Japanese language affects the performance somehow?

lol never expected a thread about saa ushida.
not op but i gave up trying to get it working on current windows. obviously you need jap local and while it can be playable, for some reason there's a sprite bug and you cant turn around visually.
meanwhile like others said, it works fine on linux with lutris or whatever.

Tested in on my Loonix shitbox with the default Wine prefix and env LANG=ja_JP.UTF-8 . The main menu lags, but the levels run at full speed. No BGM though.

Windows 10 here and it works fine for me, though I do have Japanese locale set. Your upload has a mojibake folder so I assume you don't have it set so try that or a locale emulator first. Preferably try both. Some games can show some wild effects when ran in the wrong locale.
The game does say it requires DirectX and I do have a somewhat uncommon Japanese frame limiter, but I doubt a frame limiter is going to help you get MORE frames. You never know though, I had a case where I had to use a speedhack to slow a program down so it didn't throttle itself for seemingly no reason (which you might also want to check as this happened on a Win10 for me).
Just in case here's a link to DEC (d3d8/9 limiter), any excuse to share some tools is a good one: https://www.mediafire.com/file/3bgj8yck4uaf1cn/dec_%2528japanese_d3d8% 25269_framelimiter%2529.zip/file
