RPGs featuring dragon girls?

Fire Emblem has dragon girls, but they're just normal little girls with pointy ears who transform into full dragons; visually, they're not human-dragon hybrids like in your picture.
Breath of Fire has dragon girls, but only as NPCs.
Final Fantasy XIV has dragon girls, but it's an MMO.
Class of Heroes has dragon girls, but it's a DRPG, your characters are generic units with no dialogue and are only represented by a portrait.

You've got it backwards, manakete are dragons that turn into humans. They turn into dragons because they need to release their inherent desire for destruction to stave off degeneration.

You're not wrong but it's a bit semantics.

I don't mind girls that transform into dragons, though it's definitely much better if their human guises show some draconic features.

Lunar 2's Ruby is a girl, a dragon and a cat. That seems like a trifecta for a lot of folks.

That would be a shitty disguise.

Arguably just lizard girls since they have the tails and no wings and in lore they adamantly deny any kind of draconic origins.

Another Eden but it's a gacha. And an extremely overrated one at that. Eva's story was decent though.

Worse, its a gacha that has no reason to be so besides its obvious gachapon lottery. Besides that there are ZERO online features like player interaction and etc to justify the fact you are forced to be always online even after instalation.
The whole game could have been a offline experience and nothing would change, in fact, the devs seem to have realized that too because I think they are making a proper retail version now for Switch, or a spin-off, idk

Another Eden released in 2017. That's almost a decade ago. Pretty sure it's just the offline version for the inevitable EoS, which still wont happen until people stop paypigging for it, but nevertheless is coming eventually. Then again the Chrono Cross collab was originally set to be (I think) the only collab to have an official end date of 2026, but that got pushed out to 2031 so who knows.
