For candidate anons you can also see this period as an initial test of your emotional endurance. It is pretty hard to be hanging on the "will they or won't they contact me" but if FSP is going to be working with a talent then there are a lot of times where you will have to handle a situation where, because of NDAs, you will not be able to vent publicly or maybe even privately about a genuinely unfair situation you're going through because of backstage drama or legalese or whatever. If something as "small" as the audition can already prove difficult for you to handle then how can they be sure that you'll manage when its something more tangential like a big project or a manesan being a dick to you or whatever?

Also corpos kinda place themselves in a position of vulnerability when choosing a talent because if a talent is menhera or ill-intentioned enough they can *really* hurt a corpo, specially in a context where most of the fanbase is already biased in favor of the talents above the agencies. So its understandable if they'd think twice before picking a talent for reasons beyond just skill. Did he demonstrate a history of professionalism, discretion, does he get along well with others, can he handle public pressure or drama stuff, etc.
