We oldfag league players always asked Riot to have their own, perhaps separated art studio. Despite the game being mid at best, and lore being rewritten every year or so, the art people working in/for league was always incredible fucking talented. Give or take 3D models because it started in the 2010s and they were made by devs iirc.

This has got to be the most fucking stunning animated show ever made right? This thread really reinforces it, every single frame is literally a wallpaper quality painting it's unbelievable. They even pay attention down to the minute details like Jinx's chipped to fuck nail polish.

I swear if the USSR had Riot's propaganda team working for them it never would have fallen, there are generational talents working around the clock to make god tier blockbuster propaganda for an unmarketable game that looks like incomprehensible trash to anyone who hasn't played it. Arcane and K/DA are both peak and I watched the cinematics for years without ever having touched the game itself. I play it now and like it but it took a decade of brainwashing to get me to actually get past the tutorial.
