I still don't understand how all these people aren't dead. They eat the foulest, filthiest, black plague, food poisoning slop that can possibly be conceived of, yet they live....

Ah, sweet! Another day at the turd market.

A lot of them do die because of such abysmal hygiene. Dysentery and parasitic infections are very common.

the subcontinent has always been a hotbed of diseases so the ones that could survive it passed on their genes. i think it's genetic at this point to not have the instinct to make their environment hygienic because there is no need to for them to survive. they might even get ill if they don't live with these pathogens that would normally kill others.

Giving a blowjob to sewer pickles after a nice refreshing shot of cow piss was not the norm in urope.

I'm glad this shitskin is carefully explaining why his shitskin methods make sense when anyone can clearly see why they don't.
Also why do they always have to cook everything in a comically large pot?

This was actually really interesting to watch.
I like biryani, I like indian food but normally its so fucking super unhygienic (street food) I would never touch it.
I gather they were extra cautious and edited but I would eat that.

At about 10 seconds, is the guy chopping cilantro, parsley, or something else? That's the only part of the video that's even remotely appetizing.

Why do they always do things in a way where it seems like they really just do not give a shit at all?

im not Indian retard. parasite load was extremely high before the 19th century in europe when they made the connection, from in super ancient times before agriculture when they got it from wild game, then different types after agriculture, from domesticated animals and poor hygiene+ high pop density and human shit used in fertilizer. 70-90% of people had some kind of tapeworm or bug. we evolved with that shit. some of our stress hormone response is even related to it, to suppress our immune systems so we dont shit ourselves to death

what about the method doesn't make sense to you? not defending it i really don't know. it does seem to me that the proportions of the spices are all just random. for some of the ingredients there's no way it flavors the biryani with how little they add compared to other ingredients.

>Also why do they always have to cook everything in a comically large pot?
Economy of scale because their customers are poor and they can't make much profit per serving.
>>
I wish i could eat these foods but made by a white person in a hygienic environment

No, actually, he's slow as mud compared to a random Mexican with a proper knife and board in any kitchen in the US.

Honestly I cannot comprehend the idea of living in a society where you can walk up to a guy at a boiled egg stand on a sidewalk and just buy a boiled egg, and that's all he sells are boiled eggs. There's something about this that is deeply absurd. Usually people would sell like hotdogs or tacos or gyros or whatever, sandwiches, but this guy simply sells boiled eggs from his tower of eggs. I'm not really sure what the point of my post is but it's just weird.
