Those are characters from Les Petites filles modèles, AKA The Exemplary Little Girls, OP.
As they're seen in the G. Levis adaptation of the book, which is very much unlike the original book. That pic was definetely drawn by G. Levis.

Forgot to say, that particular pic isn't from thr comic itself. The comic has only one color illustration and that's the cover.
G. Levis must have drawn it independent from the comic. If you find the comic online, you're not gonna see your pic.
