it's a story about a fat guy who gets a second body thats fit and handsome. Well, that's the early parts. The later parts kinda derail and become shounen korean gang fights.

I just remembered that there's another comic that has a plot like that, it's by the same author as lookism.
It's called "My life as a loser". A bully gets sent back in time to his highschool days and he inhabits the body of a the kid he used to bully.

However, they don't swap bodies. The previous version of the bully is in his original body.

Quantum Leap had a few swap episodes where they explored this.
