I worry for the poor brains of those on /wsr/, surely it'd be more mentally fulfilling for a person to answer this

you are the death of 4chan.
people come here because they want to hear from what is, hopefully, a real person, without filter.
in the past you guys used to say
>"just google it bro"
now you say
>"just ask ai bro"
no, if everyone did that 4chan would just die, why not just google anything you want rather than make a thread for it?
because we can find things here that no google search can give us, especially since search engines started being "tailored" for individuals, which is a disgusting infringement of freedom and truth afaic.

I've never read it but from what I heard the point is that capital interests control the media and so they can cajole you into adopting whatever positions they want you to by controlling the news you're exposed to.
like how they lied about WMDs to get americans on board with the iraq war for example

Read it for yourself, and form your own opinion.

People who've only read "1984" or "Animal Farm" have a different opinion of Orwell than those that have also read "Homage to Catalonia".

The proposition that those who own the presses also control what is printed is not controversial, but please consider the messenger.

Pick a particular moment out of a book you remember (something small) and ask it to tell you when in that book or series it occurred
