You try powerline (internet over electric lines) yet? MOCA uses coax like for your TV and both use existing wires in your house. Mesh is wireless.
To be honest try powerline and see if it works out. I've heard they're okay but there's a lot of distance between the router and you.

I use such an adapter, they're ok. But, make sure you test varieties of plugs even right beside each other, checking the line speeds for all possible combos. There can be large speed differences between outlets right beside each other for no reason that I understand. The device comes with a phone app that makes this easy to check (or at least it's easy with the wifi model)
