What about parental controls?
EG: https://familylink.google.com/ looks like it allows you to restrict sites and apps. Just make a 'parent' account and forget your details so you can't override it or make the password really long, write it on a post-it and put it in a safe so even if you want to creep on insta-thots you have to put in some serious effort to do so
