How do I dream more often. They give me something important to analyze, I had dream recently where I was looking through a window and could control how the clouds looked, I believe this to be a sign of LoA and would like advice on how to dream more effectively.

Cute cat. Also grow a pair of balls. Dreams are just your internal prediction engine idling. Nothing to interpret in, if anything you should try to dream less, for that purpose nicotine and caffeine are great

Simply being mindful of your dreams can go a long way to assist with clarity of recall. When you remember a dream, write it down as soon as possible in as much detail as possible. At sporadic times during the day, take a moment to contemplate the "feel" of the waking world and contrast it with the sensations and experiences you have while dreaming. Before sleep, take some time to meditate, ideally long and deeply enough to remain in a hypnagogic-like state for a while - you should see flashes or points of light, or undulating aurora-like clouds of color.
Lastly there are a wide variety of substances "oneirogens" that can affect the quality of your dreams and your ability to remember them, many of these drugs are easy to procure and safe to experiment with.
It can take some time to see results or changes, be patient, consistent, and most importantly have fun! Keep on dreaming :3

I dream all the time so there was a period a while back that I tried to get into lucid dreaming. Didn’t really work out; I just don’t think I was all that motivated.
One technique I read about and tried only got me to lucid dream once but induced vivid dreams pretty much every time.
>in the morning, when you stir around a little bit in bed and decide you have time to go back to sleep before waking up
>don’t just roll over and fall back asleep
>instead, quietly and gently get up and move to another comfy location like a nice chair or couch
>and then just go back to sleep
No idea why it works but it does.

if you can handle nicotine and are already a smoker, wear a nicotine patch before you goto bed. your dreams will be way more common and massively potentiated, combine that with tea (avoid tap) and meditation and you will surely be dreaming wild and vivid
shitty tip, but if you smoke pot for a little bit and then quit cold turkey you will also have incredibly vivid and clear dreams. THC blocks proper rem sleep and dreaming, so when you finally stop it will come back really, really forcefully and surprisingly. you might get hooked on pot and become a jellohead though.
