William "Neil" McCasland (Missing)

I expect the government to kill people who know too much, that's normal. But so many people who have ties to each other, dying or disappearing in such a short time frame, is alarming. What's even freakier is the ones who just walked off on their own and disappeared, almost like a switch got flipped in their head.

They did this to me. Made me throw the backpack that contained my wallet and phone up in the air and keep running. The V2K kept me as a homeless person for four months, shoplifting clothes and food daily under telepathic guidance (never got arrested, only got stopped a handful of times), until telepathically given specific directions to panhandle in a specific spot while drawing a specific Voudon vévé; a guy immediately showed up, befriended me, bought me a phone...
My "crime" was texting the full list of MKUltra survivor-autobiography authors you often find here on /x/ to a bunch of normies. Not an aerospace scientist (though while homeless I met one who had recently been laid off from JPL, fancy that).
