Can you anons with tulpas help me out a bit. My whole life I needed something auditory to help me focus. But the problem is that most of the things I use to focus is too distracting while forcing. Music is either too upbeat or too boring. Shows/videos are too distracting. One thing I had for a while was "ASMR" (not triggers, just interesting sounds that filled the silence without distracting), but the girl decided to paywall all her videos.
