Kickboxing.
Look, I might have a retarded vision of things here, but I see Taekwondo and Aikido as very similar martial arts. Laughed upon, misunderstood, with too many mcdojos and clowns. In short, ineffective. But what I also noticed when doing kickboxing is that taekwondo guys have a style that's powerful and unconventional. They have to adapt to some KB stuff, but some go into fights with a taekwondo style, almost like fencing with their leg, and it works. Kind of like this girl, but less obvious https://www.youtube.com/shorts/2ShTujCVJzc
So I think that Taekwondo is like a DLC for Kickboxing.
I mentioned Aikido because I think it's like a DLC for Judo and BJJ, but that's a whole other can of worms

Will you become an amazing all around fighter who can threaten competent fighters? Probably not
Can you kick a crackhead in the chest and make him rethink his decision? Probably yes
Not everyone has to be super optimal MMA guy

boxing or any grappling martial art. boxing because taekwondo, no matter the type, has shitty punching technique and defense (check https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pn98RdwPw48 and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nz- kU1X0Q2I, which are boxers beating taekwondoins from the ITF). grappling martial arts because you only know striking and MAYBE some takedowns (if your school actually teached you them), since you said you're big then any will do, though judo would be my main recommendation
