I'd say GoPri. Hugtto does have a few memorable VotW here or there, but it wasn't super consistent about it to the extent GoPri was and definitely not HC.
None of the side characters in episode one seemed like a huge focal point of the episode, though that's because the episode was busy introducing the new season and all. Maybe there will be more focus on the victims going forward, but maybe not.

Strong start to the season. Looks promising, would be nice to watch Precure again. I wasn't sold on designs upon first googling but they work quite well in actual anime and are already growing on me. Enjoying the production values too. Didn't expect such honest pit service, very nice.

Which makes me realize I should hunt the archives for reaction images because I'm always too lazy to crop them myself. But yeah, I loved Futari Wa, didn't expect it would be so great when I picked it up after Heartcatch.
