Nah, but it's painfully mediocre. B&W was the first to really try to do a soft reset and revamp the old formula, and because of that ran into a lot of hiccups. Doesn't help that a natural disaster ruined several subplots they were setting up at the same time. It's more wasted potential, than anything. But it also sets up a few good ideas that later series would eventually better execute.
