Yo this is unironically the horrific-est chapter in the whole manga. It's like Kagami condensed your childhood terrors onto five pages or maybe that's just me. It's only missing the part when, at age six or so, it sinks in that you are going to die one day.

I think that was less scary to me because it seemed less realistic, with the older sister simultaneously being a siscon, self-inserter and abuser towards her imouto. Then again, for all I know maybe there are real people like that.
