I'm a kgbfag and I can tell that when, and I say when because there's no reason to, Gojo vs Sukuna gets released as a movie it's gonna make absolutely bank. Consider kny IF part 1 ended up doing 738million usd worldwide, it's not completely out of the question for jjk to get similar numbers. If they get a China release faster than kny (which was 4 months later) it is feasible to do even more (as kny would have).
All they have to do is end the next cour on Gojo getting released and setting the duel date with Sukuna and you've got the perfect advertisement. Even better if they target a christmas release to coincide woth the in-lore date of the fight (christmas eve).
Now, is 1 billion in the realm of possibility? I think it is. Is it probable? Maybe not.

That one's not too difficult, the burning panel can be changed for a film reel burning up, provided the flashback is visually presented as watching a film projection.
