Dunno about JJK(I wasn't a super fan of the early arcs) but SxF and SnK started extremely strong. CSM had a decent arc with katanaman but Reze was the first great arc.
Technically KGB starts very strong too but the cast early on is a little too limited, considering that Char and Hinao aren't really relevant anymore. SBA puts forward Uruha and Samura while expanding the worldbuilding by showing the sword bearers and the Kamunabi's top brass.
I think stopping at Rakuzaichi would leave newcomers with the impression that the scope is a bit small.
