Very enjoyable 1st season. The first 10 episodes were rough and I was actually warned about that but they were still fun enough. But after that it did become better.
Fav idles gotta be the trio. Their interactions are always the best part of the episode.
Songs, I need to rehear some of them since they play some like twice while other times they played that Idol Activity song like 10 times in those first 50 episodes. 2nd half of 1st season it felt like they played a new song every 5 episodes. And the other 4 was performing the S2 OP and ED or some older. Not an issue but I thought it was odd.
Speaking of songs maybe it's just me but Aoi looked sad in this part of song when performing.

I've been thinking about OnePri and I began developing the tentative theory that Aoi has low self-esteem.
In episode 1, when Inori first enters the AiPri Verse, she sees AiPri Aoi and says she looks cute. You'd expect a popular idle to be used to it, but Aoi stutters and says "Thanks" with a somewhat shaky tone of voice. I thought that maybe she finds it difficult to accept compliments. Will be taking note in future episodes when someone compliments Aoi again.
In episode 2, Aoi invites Inori to talk at Meganee's secret cafe. The first thing she asks is how Inori felt being an AiPri, she says she likes it, and the way Aoi replies feels like she's relieved to hear that. Perhaps Aoi had been worried and thinking about it a lot, since it was her who made Inori become an AiPri.
After this and an explanation segment, Fortu asks if Inori would like to join the Wish Granting Squad. Inori replies energetically that she does. Aoi interrupts them right after that, to warn Inori that trying to grant people's wishes isn't an easy thing to do. Inori smiles and says she's going to do it anwyay, surprising Aoi. By the end of the episode, Aoi talks about Inori's directness, and says she might need it to achieve her own dreams. Aoi might be somewhat insecure.
This might be just hallucination on my part, but I had already thought of commenting on Aoi's reluctant-seeming thanks when episode 1 aired too, it really caught my attention. With episode 2, I was thinking about it throughout the episode. Maybe it all just means nothing though, who knows.

I hear you, it's a catchy part. Both Inori and Aoi seem to be good enough at singing, but it'll be interesting to see how they do with voice acting as the show goes on. The gigantic powergap between Himari and Mii when it came to emotional acting was almost distracting at times, wonder if there will be another gap again or if they both will fair well.

Himari's "Daisuki" stays within the realm of friendship, but it's better to think of Mii's "Daisuki" as something that deviates a little from that.

I have a theory that Fortu is an evil entity who was trapped in a plushie and forced to fulfill wishes as punishment and Aoi is her jailkeeper, hence why Fortu is genuinely scared of Aoi inflicting great violence upon her. Something like Yayoi and her plushies if you watched dark gathering.
