I worry too. The monstergirl wave came and went but we're still hanging on.

There's this and the classic 1-5 furry chart, where the cutoff is usually somewhere between 1 or 2 for monster girls and the rest is in the domain of furry.
The notable exception is ones that commit full body to being a monster girl but mostly obeys the red/white in pic. E.G. Slime girls are all slime but usually are depicted following the diagram when humanoid, but have the ability to be not humanoid at all too. Given that it's a form of shapeshifting powers it's best to judge it at their "normal"/humanoid form and see if it's more MG or furry.

Sapros I think might just have been overwhelmed by trying to learn code. Life can throw a wrench into things too.
Partly why I'm looking at potential non-code reliant engines. Those are becoming more and more of a thing these days. I think creatively we're fine but coding was always the hang up that kept things from really going anywhere.
