yeah, FaceDetailer takes any image input and redraws any detected area at an upscaled resolution and stitches it back in, using the provided prompts as guide
it wont fix big errors without high denoise but that risks making the area look very different
for 6 fingers, its probably better to manually inpaint that away, provided you got the checkpoint (and loras) used for it, otherwise theres stuff like Qwen image edit or using inpaint models
