Depends a lot on your hardware and what resolution you're doing. I'm running on a 3090 with 24 GB ram, and I have 64GB system ram; making these at a standardized resolution of about 816x816 is taking me, hm, about 7.5 minutes per generation.

I believe I said, I normally use the smoothmix checkpoint, but for the doll ones I swap out the low noise model to use the basic 2.2 checkpoint + a speedup lora instead, since she otherwise comes out pretty jiggly, with bouncing breasts. Normal low-mix WAN keeps her plastic.

Thing definitely struggles with any kind of abnormal facial features, in fact. You can kind of see in the beginning frame that she's has red sclera and white pupils, but no amount of insistence in the prompt seems to let me keep that feature, sadly, it always seems to flip around and give me normal white sclera and red eyes. cool, good to know, thx. i haven't tried smoothmix yet but gonna grab the new one when it drops for sure (9 hours away at the moment). i've been focused on hunyuan since its release, mostly cuz i could never get my char loras to work well in wan, early nsfw was non-existent etc. but hunyuan doesn't seem to be progressing and the merged checkpoints are game changers in wan, so time for me catch up. holy hell the 2.2 workflows are a lot more complex though. i've only screwed around with the rapid aio ckpt so far since it worked with a pretty generic wkflo but results are mid to ok so far, i think i'm bumping its limits. char lora adherence still weak, completely dependent on the input image, unlike hunyuan. hoping to get remix and smoothmix workflows running today, we'll see if proper 2.2 h/l loras work any better. comfy update has been running for 2 hours so far, we'll see what breaks. pretty sure my hunyuan is already toast. i hate this part.

Dammit. Well. Just tried out the new version of smooth mix. The old version was giving a terrible-looking red vulva-ish area when she spread her legs, no matter how I tried to affirm that she's wearing clothes and nothing should be visible. The new one...produces a somewhat better-looking vulva with color and texture matched to its surroundings, which still really shouldn't be there.

Also, these stupid fingernails. Can't get rid of this stuff even when putting cfg above 1 and specifying it in the negative prompt. You maybe expect to have trouble asking for specific stuff you want, you don't expect to have as much trouble merely avoiding things. Guess I'll see how the new version works out for a few more things, though, particularly my 'cum drop' prompts.

I'm running it on a 3090. I actually have TWO 3090s in there, which could hypothetically speed things up a bit, but as far as I can tell the frame-interpolation nodes don't play well with multi-gpus, I get errors at that step in the process whenever I try. And leaving it at 16 fps doesn't seem serviceable, so. The single 3090 works pretty well, though.

So a question to those who use a2e, im new at this. When do the points come in when you log in? Im at zero since tensorart just killed anything nsfw

By default, none, just the smooth mix checkpoint for high noise and regular wan 2.2 for low noise. For seductive motions there's a pretty good "naughty" lora I use which unfortunately has been apparently removed from civit.

I did stick a few other things into my default negatives, but in general it literally doesn't matter, because I almost always run at cfg 1, where negatives are ignored. Only try raising it off 1 sometimes when the results don't seem to be cooperating with the prompt...and honestly, it almost never seems to help, so.

Will ComfyUI/Wan interfere/play badly if I already have Auto1111 installed? My hope is that already having python and coda set up will make it easier but figured I should ask first

Right, I assume cfg!=1 doubles gen time as well which wouldn't really be viable since for these resolutions my 5070ti is taking a full 5-8 minutes end to end for an 80-100ish frame video. i'm getting the impression WAN actually has a surprisingly decent understanding of the physical world in the way that OpenAI always brag about sora having; seems like that image wasn't a good starting point because the starting pose just doesn't support the figure's upper body weight properly and requires a reposition to begin with, pic related is consistently much better i think due to the higher angle of the arms.
can you get this shit to loop via supplying an ending image (identical to starting image), or is that not something in WAN's brain?

i followed wan22ldgguide and it should not, it's all done via portable python with the exception of installing a couple of much more general tools at system level that you won't notice. "having python and cuda set up will make it easier" is unfortunately a bad mindset at least especially for python, freely sharing packages with these things is often a nightmare because v1.1 of X and v1.2 of X typically hate coexisting and knowing about each other. aforementioned guide will fairly simply take you through setting everything up fairly isolatedly with comfyui portable & its own portable python to the point of being able to just make a shortcut to the tweaked runner .bat and never have to open a terminal after setup. if you aren't already comfortable with this stuff you don't want to have to be consciously remembering how to manage venvs or portable python exes in a terminal every time you tweak anything

the few places i had to deviate from brainlessly following the instructions (aside from staring for 10 mins at the list of models to figure out exactly how many i needed to download, there's a lot more than a usual setup so i'd recommend you don't think even about finetunes/loras until after your first gen) were:
- i opted to go through the .bat piece by piece instead of running it, if you do this just make totally sure you have done the aliasing stuff from the start of the script so you're not installing things to system python by mistake. in the end i decided the .bat was fully okay, all the custom nodes it installs have plenty of maintainers and stars
- the "ComfyUI-Frame-Interpolation" custom node failed to correctly find a compatible cupy / the right cuda, i had to swap "requirements-with-cupy.txt" to "requirements-no-cupy.txt" on that line near the end of the script then manually pip install the correct cupy *to the portable python*, if you end up needing to do this just ask chatgpt how, specifying it's for a portable python. may be specific to 50xx gpus.
- i had to move a few of the models into different folders like clip instead of text_encoders etc when they werent showing up in certain nodes' dropdown lists, think that's just an issue with my extra models yaml
