I’ve got multiple ligament tears in my wrist which is going to prevent me from doing a lot of activities for the next 12-18 months as I navigate multiple surgeries to correct things. I’ve always been big into sports but now can’t do much to participate. What are some activities and hobbies I can pick up that don’t require two hands to do?

Watch anime, series, movies, and play video games that don't require using both hands, like this game: https://dialed.gg/

What’s the game? Have you ever played it before? And any ideas for staying active?

You can try jogging around your neighborhood.

You could look up herbs that help tendons heal faster, and make tea with those herbs. That should take one hand only.

That’s a good idea. I just don’t want things to get too sweaty and gross under my cast.

I know it's unrelated, but those socks are so cool! I have some with Pokemon and some with peanut butter. :b

Thanks! I thought it would be kind of fun to have socks with socks on them haha. Maybe not exactly stylish, but they’re fun to have!

They do! I thought they were kind of fun, even if I’m not winning any fashion competitions
