Anyone else been in this situation?
Where can I find a job or another path in the US (no experience / not perfect English)?
Should I drop school and work, or is there a better option?

Trade school seems your way out. But complete your high school and improve your English first.

ALL states have child labor laws, most of which simply forbid full-time jobs for the underage. Others allow underage part-timers to be paid well below minimum wage. Stay in school and take any "practical" classes you can - anything from auto repair to cooking to computers - so you'll have some reason for someone to hire you when you graduate
