A very fun thing to do is what I call "burn the boats" where you go out drinking, preferably starting during the day. You go bar hopping by yourself until you make friends or meet girls. And you don't bring your phone or car keys or anything with you other than enough cash to buy all the drinks you want and your ID. Then you either sleep in a gutter or you go home with a girl.

When the alternative is homelessness all of your fear of rejection and fear around approaching and escalating with girls goes away. When you leave yourself no choice but to sink or swim you will see the best come out in you.
