You dont lol. Being introverted is more of a curse with getting women than being ugly, fat, or short. I know from experience. However you can change that about yourself.

I don't really buy the introvert" and "extrovert" thing, it seems mostly situational. The first step should be getting your mom to stop sheltering you.
Tell your mom you want to go places alone, make it a hard boundary. If she's the type to guilt trip, DO NOT let her guilt trip you.

Don't try to argue against it, don't even engage with it at all. As soon as you say anything like "no, i do love you, but-" you'll just give her the opportunity to corner you and make it impossible to make your point. Just say it's your decision and that's the end of it.
