What advice can you give me to ensure I don’t waste my twenties?

The advice is always standard:
1. Sleep 8 on schedule
2. Lift
3. Keep teeth decent
4. Stay at ~10% bf
5. Education, career, or biz attempt
6. Keep stupid shit to a minimum, but that goes for really stupid shit. Counter balance with doing SOMETHING interesting and actually dating.
The devil's in the details once you are actually doing something. You would need to provide a lot more context.
Some kid was stat-maxxing and it was cring-as-fuck, but it's also the thing to do when your life as shit and there isn't anything else that's available.

Right, but it's the answer. It's also extremely boring and at some point you are working very hard for literally zero output.
Most people also half-ass it, so they are seemingly working hard, but not much is happening, and they see people having lives around them, etc.
Then there is also the fact that at some point you have to pivot to something other than.
> wake up at 6
> drive to shit job (or college and then shit job)
> get home at 6
> gym 6-8
> cram studying
> sleep
Sun Tzu (while I am being cringe) said "no one benefits from a drawn out war" was right - you have to hit this shit hard and have results soon. Like if you are losing weight, lose .5-1lb a week, or you will just quit, etc.
And that gets to the second point - you gotta do this shit OP, but the devil is in the details. Like I spent 5 years lifting 3x8 with no rest weeks and basically just wore myself out and got sick all the time. Then got on an intermediate program and got way stronger in a quarter of the time. If you want to not WASTE your 20s, you gotta do these things RIGHT. Which means being around really competitive people, people who actually do something. College falls into this category too, very questionable if non-Ivy or target school is even worth it.
P.S. Most successful people ride a pipeline where they set up momentum in early 20s.
But again, we would need details.

Do the things you want to do
Avoid the things you don't
If you have to struggle in your 30s as a result you won't regret spending your 20s on your own terms
Also if you have any mental illnesses get that shit sorted out asap or you might fuck yourself over for life if you don't
