I took a very serious decision in my life after i finished high school. Basically i went down the rabbit hole of exploring conspiracy theories and other stuff that i can say was basically a process of denormiezation of some sort.

I changed, so basically got rid of my friends, because there were differences that i was not willing to bear and they were toxic, and now i am trying to rebuild myself and my social circle as a whole, what would you indicate to me to build a new life? What should i consider first now that i am free from the things that made me stuck in the past?

One of the more interesting things i have stumbled upon my random searching was Gurdjieff’s The Work. There is a lot of stuff there that i find to be perhaps best to just read about bit by bit and slowly process what of that you can implement into your own being and how.

But the beginner step to this endeavor all and all is getting the basics to work so your output is unburdened. I would recommended finding which is the right amount of sleep and how you can make it more efficient (light amount, proper tempature, silence). Also eat healthy. Both things have a larger affect on how you are feeling throughout the day. A healthy body remains healthier longer.

try to realize the importance of friendships/relationships
they're a support network for difficult times, they open up strange opportunities (financial and social and others), etc
friendships are built/maintained by crazy shared experiences, this is especially true as you get older. you can't just sit around doing discord calls or smoking weed together, your personalities/"beliefs" will start to grate on each other & you'll drift apart no matter what.
the world may be fucked up but you should learn to separate that from your personal life, for your sake and that of others
