Honestly Krill are far more fascinating in terms of what they are capable of. Seriously. Look into Krill. They are actually insane little sea kibble and most of the time they cant even be caught due to how fast and reactive they are. I heard that you're not allowed to pet penguins because their feathers have a developed outer layer of oil that insulates them in the cold and petting them/touching them for an extended period of time will harm that layer exposing them to harsh conditions and make them generally less protected or something.
