Where, how long do they last, how blind are we talking and do you know what causes it to happen (standing, sitting etc)

happened once a few months ago while on the train, again just now a few minutes ago, probably lasts for about half an hour then passes, i think the one just now is pretty much over, i have no idea what causes it but i remember beinga bit freaked out the first time while on the train because i was just looking around and realised they guy in front of me seemingly had no face

>how blind are we talking
just a few sporadic spots of my vision turns into nothing
>>
>>23963847
Do you know if it's in both eyes, or just in one of them.
>>
>>23963906
not sure but i feel like its mostly my right eye
>>
I just get a rolling black spot at left edge of my left eye sometimes

It could be an injury to the nerves of your eye.
Did you take any hard hits to the head within the last year?
>>
>>23963847
partial blindness and full usually develope over a long period of time.
if it starts becoming consistent seek a doctor's appraisal.
>>
>>23963847
is it accompanied by any other symptoms? it sounds like the type of shit you should 100% get checled out

What type of blindness
Blurry or completely black?
White or black or red?
Distinct shapes or total eye coverage?

Detached retinas suck

no

>What type of blindness
as stated earlier, just a few little spots making up maybe 3-5 percent or so of my vision
>Blurry or completely black?
White or black or red?
none of them really, its hard to decribe but its just like a void in my vision, like nothing is there at all and it somewhat gets filled in by what is around it, ts pretty bizzare not sure how to describe it proprely
for reference the episode i had when starting this thread has completely gone away and my vision is back to normal

the fact there's no other symptoms is actually worrying because it means its not migrane or eye strain :/ go to the opthalmologist, hopefully its just something wrong with ur eyes and not a tumor near the optic nerves
>>
>>23964563
uhoh, that doesnt sound very good
>>
>>23964583
yeah. I mean there's just as much chance its something less serious but it would be very worthwhile getting it checked out
>>
I got a few new floaters in my eyes but it doesn't affect my vision enough to be a problem
>>
>>23964650
I hope you will be alright that shit sound serious though

Extreme and ongoing stress can cause this. I'm old friends with continuous stress, but for five or six months last year? Wow, I reached new levels and started getting weird blind spots in both eyes. If that isn't the case, it's definitely time to get to a specialist.

Have you looked over your nutrient intake? I've heard of people getting partially blind from low intake of some vitamins.
>>
>>23964059
I've taken at least a hundred in the past so probably that
>>
posting in a swede-kun thread
>>
>>23966800
that might be a thing for me to look into
my nutrisional intake is probably beyond dogshit
>>23966808
what kind of life do you live i wonder
>>23967109
are you know? are you sure about that pasta-kun?
also i suppose they would be somewhat rare nowadays compared to the daily ones that was the standard no?
if only there was some sort of dogwhistle i could shoot out to indicate i am actually the person you think i am, but then again who is to say im not just pretending?
