Because the forward thinkers and custodians of our once great society, White men, were removed from positions of power and influence so now we're doomed

This retard doesn't work in power otherwise he'd know that projected load relative to supply is nightmarish and will end in tragedy. Blackouts are expected unless loads are significantly reduced (still growing btw) or new production is immediately brought online, nuclear facilities of actual worth take 5-10 years to get operational. Green energy was a chicom psyop designed to enrich grifters who would play defense for rational critique and then look the other way as everything falls apart. If DOD was serious about protecting America they'd arrest politicians on the take and drone strike Greta Thunberg and similar "not my job to find a solution" activists. Instead they will maintain and act upon the thesis that the greatest threat to America is someone who cannot read and couldn't be fucking taught to if they wanted to.

The government keeps killing that people that come up with new ways to produce it.

>Natural gas expansion dwarfs renewable
>Only barely passing up coal in the last decade
>Conservatives still whining
This is so stupid.
Also crazy to think that I was born into a world where coal power output the same amount of energy as the rest combined.

monsanto invented LEDs, infrared light is important for your health (theres thousands of scientific papers about this called photobiomodulation)
i use a mix of Krypton gas incandescent bulbs and Sylvania Truwave LED bulbs. Sylvania is one of the only lightbulb companies that puts a functioning capacitor inside to stop the flickering and it has a decent R9 CRI

GFC was used as an excuse to fully outsource US real production capacity, and the whole economy has been propped up by speculative bubbles and idiotic subscription-based "service" businesses who only do bait-and-switch and don't contribute any long-term growth except for shareholder value. US wealth stopped doing real things in the US because they fell for cheap labor honeypots in SEA and the myth of "service economies" being long-term viable.
tl;dr: outsourced real production means outsourced power use.

it sure is sounding like you are the retard. despite having a larger population, we apparently don't need more electricity. obviously it's because things are more more efficient. and your response to that is ooga booga Greta Thunberg. kill yourself my nigga

Yeah basically all sorts of green nonsense came into play, both for nuclear but also coal and gas, prompting loads of shit to close.
Nuclear got stupidly expensive because of the environmental regs and then the associated impact studies and high costs of building shit. Nuclear radiation regs got overly paranoid too, to the point nuclear plants put out less radiation than coal plants but when the coal plant did it it was fine. Even just getting approvals takes years, apparently when the NRC gets an application for a new plant it takes 30 days just to even confirm all the required documentation has been submitted.
More recently there was a push to build these big ass reactors in Georgia but they came out to be like triple the budget and it forced the utilities into bankruptcy even with government backed loans. Took like $30 billion to make the reactors, meanwhile the Chinese can do it for $3billion and churn them out in like 3 years.
Anyways all that shit is changing. Trump ordered 3 new reactors to go critical by July 4th of this year and they bypassed the safety shit and environmental regs by running it on a massive lab test site in the Idaho desert. Massive push to kill regulation.
Also, really strong desire to fund the shit out of mega nuke projects. Big news coming soon, check the headlines wink wink

Open your goddamn eyes. You are retarded. They literally want to have three places fill out the paperwork to start the process of authorization by july. kek .

Because elites want a lower white population and the quickest way to achieve this is by pushing low EROI (energy return on investment) energy sources such as wind and solar (similar EROI as burning wood if one considers storage and intermittency), so around 5:1 EROI; basically wind and solar can only be cheap if oil and metals are also cheap. This in turn leaves little energy surplus and thus stunts economic growth. Energy surplus is what stimulates economic growth and what made the human population go from 1 billion to around 7 billion (i.e., going from coal to hydrocarbons aka oil and gas, so going from an EROI of 10:1 to 30:1). What you can see in OP pic is basically the effect of trillions of subsidies and policies leading everyone into massive malinvestment into renewables. So much energy and materials go into building these that little energy surplus is available to society, and thus little economic growth in the real world is seen. IMO this is why in America, most growth now has been concentrated in the "intangible" tech sector (see the paper on Intangible Value by Kai Wu on this btw, very interesting) and this is why its economic growth has not been so stunted there... the side effect though is the K-shaped economy where most people feel poor because they are living in the "real" economy while a minority is gigarich because they work in tech and such. In Europe you can see that as they have not innovated in tech and they also have pushed renewables, they have just wrecked their economic growth (see Germany's years long recession, or should I say depression, especially since their energy crisis began when they couldn't rely on Russian gas and after closing down their nuclear power plants). Real growth requires high EROI energy sources and this is why the places of the world that do most of the manufacturing, so e.g. think of China, require high EROI energy sources and that's why they can't role-play as saving the world with renewable sources.

Because the science of physics has been stagnant since fission. Fusion is still a pipe dream. Nuclear Reactors scare people and bad for existing business.
AI+Fusion will change the game, as now you have infinite energy extraction. More possibility.

There are reasons to go in the sun, but just because the sun exists doesn't mean thats a reason to go bathe in goy bulbs
Infrared light makes intracellular melatonin (the strongest antioxidant in the human body) in cells even several inches deep into the tissue
