for a long time everyone has said it doesnt matter because silver is silver, but think about yourself. When you;re paying $100+ an ounce do you want a new shiny one or one that's been scuffed and fondled by another man.
I have a small amount of coins I touch, but now that I know better I keep everything as clean as I can.
do you think you will ever sell to a coin shop? they'll appreciate nice clean silver, otherwise you will get the lowest offer because it will likely go to the refiner.

Thats a burger from Burger King. I can tell from the sesame seed bun and flame grilled trademarked footprint can be seen on the edge of the flame broiled patty.
Also the thin paper used to wrap the paper is exclusive to burger king and the best part of it is, some times cheese and a bit of mayo or katsup will be smeared on the paper, I call this chees paper and its the best part of the meal.
Although this is not a whopper, it seems like a custom order burger with no fries, possibly from the value menu.
Or its Carl's jr.

I exclusively stack .999 silver, but I would also clean my junk if I had any.
Franklin half dollars have always been a favorite of mine. I had one as a kid and could not understand why I liked it so much. It was just different. Now I know it was the silver calling out to me. It really is a special metal.

Still below $90 an ounce. Would have felt a lot better at dropping right off the bat this morning another $4. However, Wednesday is tomorrow. Midweek tends to see speculation & come friday maybe we will see another drop.
Could use a 5oz coin at $78 and ounce.

Your financial future depends on accurately determining where we are on this graph. Based on the 400%+ move from the last bear market low on gold I'd have to say that we are at the part where the S&P rolls over and gold retraces to the first selloff before testing and going to the moon in a couple of years.

Friday evening is usually when CEOS and companies make big decisions whether good or bad in order to keep risk down from the public eye as most humans juat live for the weekends.
We may see a good dip friday night when no ones looking. Its just a matter of time before we get another below $80 dip.

Eh, only really possible if you're holding really terrible stocks or 0dte options. Wouldn't mess around with those. If I go into options even for a few days I buy like four months out at least and know when to pull losses if needed. I got lucky missing most of the drop last Friday. I do take profits though, averaging $5,000 biweekly. Only have one gold coin and almost 40 oz of silver so far stacked though, I reget selling my bars from way back when.

What the heck is going on. China has export ban and price jumps, margin calls and rule changes cause a liquidation event that dumps silver. Trump announces mineral stockpile the next day. New IRS rules on silver reporting for taxes. And before all this my state reverses a precious metals and bullion tax exemption and I'm supposed to believe this is all a coincidence?

If history is indicative then there will be an opportunity to exchange PM's into other appreciating assets for well below what it would've cost if you bought it with your fiat before the collapse. I wonder what the government will do in order to try and minimize people taking advantage of the situation like that.
If you're just wanting a stable store of value then holding until you need the liquidity is the best course, since even if a new currency is established there is no guarantee that it'll be stable.

Is this a troll?
If not, then yes. Most people call them the LCS (local coin shop) or you could buy from a trusted bullion dealer. There's a list in the OP
Make sure you know how to verify that your metals are authentic, put them in a safe place, and don't tell anyone you have them.

Whale wants the price of krill to remain cheap. Well he should talk to the krill mamas who make the krill babies, because they decide the supply portion of the supply demand curve.
TLDR; Musk doesn't decide what the price of silver will be.

Ho-Lee-Shiut!
https://www.youtube.com/@PowerMeetsMoney
TLDW; He spoke about how a panapoly of AML rules that effect anyone who buys or sells $50k worth of commodities like silver trigger automatic suspension if you don't have an EIN number and meet all the compliance rules, which are difficult and expensive for a one man operation to meet.
The IRS has rules that effectively can tax 90% of earnings for small day traders, and will continue to treat silver coins as collectables, not bullion, so they charge the 28% "collectable" tax rather than the regular capital gains tax.
Paypal, Ebay and others are starting to go after sellers who use stock images and anyone who triggers their detection algos with 180 day accunt freezes and outright cancellation of accounts.
The bottom line is:
1. Go to a brick and mortar LCS.
2. Pay cash for your silver.
3. Keep your mouth shut.
They do NOT want you daytrading in paper silver, they don't want you making money buying and selling silver, they don't want you messing in their strategic metals market.
This is actually bullish for the small stacker who wants to just discreetly stack for weight. It makes it tougher for the little guys who don't live near decent LCS though.

I jumped in with 33% of my NW back at the end of september and the 'crash' didn't even come close to touching me. But I fully expect a retracement to $4400 once the stock market crash is underway or even possibly $3500 at the bottom of the crash. It's like people completely ignore how volatile gold becomes once it wakes up.

So, it's the usual message SETF told everyone about:
>stack physical silver
>use it as money privately
>never sell it back for cash
They're literally giving you all the incentives to do it exactly as SETF told you.
Take all their physical silver and give none of it back.

So you got in before the big jumps past $44.
The October boys lost a little skin off the seat of their pants for a few weeks, but they've done pretty well since.
Even David Bateman bought another couple hundred thousand ounces in the mid $50s, if I'm not mistaken.
Even the guys who manage to buy silver around $100 today will likely triple their money.
It's not the 10+ bagger that the guys who bought with the covid stimmies will get if they held, but a 300% gain in during a recession is nothing to sneeze at, and much better than any boomer bagholder will get from their Nvidia shares bought today.

If you bought in small quanties over time, paying in cash, from the local LCS, you have nothing to worry about so long as your gf/wife doesn't betray you.
Something to thing about, stackers may outlast the US Federal government if there are secession movments after the Dems get back into power in 2028.

They really believe their paper cash is valuable and they hope by making you unable to cash out, you'll stop buying it in the first place.
Guess what, it's the best thing for us to happen.
If you want to make the world a better place, you have to completely leave their system and physical silver is what enables that because it's the ultimate perfect money.
Their vaults are going to be drained continuously, they are going to figure out they made a mistake, they are going to eventually cancel these restrictions and then they are going to stay on their knees begging you to sell back your silver coins.
Guess what: that ain't gonna happen. They are going to get barely any physical silver back, it's all going to be circulating around anonymously, untaxed and undetected.

I don't think they believe it themselves, but they know all their power derives from the people believing it.
Trump might be dumb enought to believe fiat is worth something. He's got pictures holding piles of cash like a literal nigger.

USPS actually pays out incredibly easy if its a lost package. It helps that you submitted the mail search. In the worst case, when you refund the buyer submit a claim with USPS on their site. Send screenshots of the Order details to establish value, screenshots of the return confirmation, and screenshots of the tracking history. I have always gotten approved for payout within 3 days no questions asked.

It's not that I don't like new stackers, I don't like seeing the new stackers crying in the casino after the pull back.

Imagine the level of seethe when silver actually does go to $250-$500 this year like some people are calling for it to do now, and Bitcoin dumps to $30k taking the rest of crypto with it.

I was going to buy it at the top at 5400 Friday, but when I called the shop about hours they mentioned Saturday being open. And I said "I'll wait" the lady replied "it might go up more till Saturday" and I said "maybe, but Friday often seem to get slammed, I'll take my chances"
I then bought it for 4600 Monday.

obviously tryt to mend the relationship if you can.
if he still has a place in the family and can make it stronger, then reach out to him with the golden olive branch n bury the hatchet.
if your dad is head of the family you might ask him what he wants....if borther's fully disowned by family or he betrayed you too badly to forgive or you think he might do it again, then take the coin and get your dad to hide it in a trust or something (you were going to give it to your kids anyway, right?) and have a lawyer ready to annihilate him if he makes trouble. try to gather any claim to inheritance for yourself, crush him completely

The only upside Crypto has ever has is speculation and it hasn't been mass adopted by any retail outlets at all.
It's been nearly 20 years and it has zero impact on anything.

The way you frame the situation makes it seem like it is just sitting collecting dust, forgotten about, I'm guessing you don't intend on selling it, leave a note in its place explaining you have it, if it is remembered the note will be found, if not remembered then it is known by you.

Interesting photograph. The near foreground is unfocused, the coins are mostly in focus, then rocks behind the coins are unfocused and so is the middle ground, but the distance is again in perfect focus. I'm guessing the pic was digitally blurred to add multiple depth of field effects, or else multiple focal points were used in different lenses and then combined to produce this image. It's not AI.

Can you trust most LCS or what do I look for to know the price and shit is good
And i also just dont understand how a LCS will buy and sell whether the price is low or high
Do they just win some days, lose others? And the business still floats?
You would think they would refuse to sell low, or buy high? Thats what I am mostly trying to understand
