long story short
>be me
>on the border of millenial and gen z (think aged 29-33)
>100k in 401k
>15k in other stonks
>$75k sitting in bank
>make 90k/yr
>300k mortgage on a 30 year loan but i put $300 extra towards principal every month so its paid off in 20 years (3% interest rate)
>zero vacations; out of the question i dont care for em
>roof is getting old and needs replaced soon (ranch home so its going to be a bit pricier)
>silent gen grandma took my mom out of the will and put me there instead
>im getting 75k after being split amongst the immediate children and me (minus my mom) and after lawyer fees and taxes of selling stonks
>roof is likely to be $20-30k and takes priority
whats should i do after this point

I WFH and and specifically chose a ranch home for compatibility with my body for when i get old but i assume it wont change much other than my back-pain when i want to venture into the basement
