I'm well past that point and I don't really feel like I've made it. Sure I have a little more security than the average pleb but if I say lost my job I'd still have to find a new one pretty quick or risk eating into my capital. I need a minimum of 600k to cover expenses and still make enough extra to outpace inflation.

I'm 28 and i have 200 bucks to my name, I am a winner because im alive and im making it. You ought to reconsider aspects of your life, taking yourself too serious will cause you to stagnate and remove the joy out of your life.

Jesu, it’s an not an Amex Black card and even the people who have those usually aren’t waiving it everywhere. Don’t worry about projecting any kind of special image of yourself unless you’re doing a job interview or something.

The most accurate indicator is likely measured in gold as gold is the originator of fiat, even to this day as gold still technically exists on the Federal Reserve balance sheet. But if you were to accurately measure in fiat, measuring the entire dollar supply is still accurate as its world reserve currency status is under threat, meaning all repatriated dollars could come flooding back soon. Population decrease and currency devaluation against other fiat or gold are also factors to consider.

When you account for actual inflation and not the manipulated official numbers, it's likely somewhere between 350-400k
