Why are people so scared of Buy High Sell Higher?
People will wait months or even years for some kind of prophesized crash or waiting for a stock to drop to this one exact arbitrary threshhold before dumpi g tons of money down
Why buy a stock you think will go down?

Europe: The Russia-Ukraine War (The "Talk & Fight" Phase) Current Status (Feb 2026): The war is grinding into its fourth year. While frontlines remain largely static but bloody, the diplomatic landscape has shifted. A new round of US-brokered peace talks is scheduled in Abu Dhabi this week. The Dynamic: Russia is engaging in a "talk and fight" strategy—intensifying bombardments on Ukrainian infrastructure right before negotiations to maximize leverage. Russia’s primary demand remains retaining occupied territories, while Ukraine (facing grid fatigue) is under immense pressure from the West to find a compromise. Key Factor: The return of a transactional US foreign policy has accelerated the push for a deal, potentially at the cost of Ukrainian sovereignty claims.
Middle East: Israel-Iran & Proxies (The "Precipice") Current Status: The region is unstable following the escalation of 2025. Israel continues active strikes in Gaza and against Hezbollah in Lebanon. The Iran Factor: Tension between the US/Israel and Iran is at a breaking point. Following reported strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities in 2025, Tehran is currently in a "diplomatic flurry" to prevent a full-scale US invasion, while simultaneously refusing to give up its ballistic missile program. Escalation: The US has reportedly conducted strikes in Venezuela (targeting transnational criminal/proxy networks linked to Hezbollah), showing that this conflict has expanded globally, even into the Western Hemisphere.

Indo-Pacific: China-Taiwan (The "Internal Purge") Current Status: Tensions are high but currently in a "Gray Zone" rather than imminent invasion. China continues to fly sorties across the median line and conduct naval blockades drills. The Twist: President Xi Jinping has recently purged top PLA generals (including Gen. Zhang Youxia) due to corruption and lack of readiness. Impact: While this might temporarily delay a full-scale invasion (as Xi doesn't trust his military's ability to win right now), it makes Beijing unpredictable. They may use more aggressive "short of war" coercion to prove strength domestically.
Sudan: The Forgotten War Status: Approaching its 1,000th day, this is the world's largest displacement crisis. The fight between the SAF (Army) and RSF (Paramilitary) has left millions starving. Geopolitics: It is a proxy battleground. The UAE, Russia (via Wagner/Africa Corps), and regional powers all have stakes in the outcome (gold, Red Sea access), fueling the fighting while the West is distracted by Ukraine and Gaza.

no no no no no goy. this is perfectly normal under these unprecedented circumstances:
>The investment-grade ratings are uncommon for infrastructure construction loans and have enabled banks to attract a wider range of investors than typically seen in project finance debt. Insurance companies and private credit funds are among the potential buyers being approached, the FT report said.
>Banks traditionally fund project finance loans for infrastructure like toll roads and airports themselves. However, the enormous size of recent data center projects has exceeded this traditional funding source, pushing technology companies to seek alternative capital sources.

They invented the relational database. You know all those datacenters that are sucking up all the memory on the planet? You know who owns a lot of them, and has automated them to the extent that the founder -- who now owns his own island in Hawaii -- cheerfully brags that it costs the same for them to run a hundred data centers as it does ten? Yeah.
It's a strategic long term hold, and I will likely buy more after the AI bubble pops and does whatever damage it's going to do.

I thought about it but decided not to. I have 2 Switch 1's in my house and 0 desire to buy a Switch 2. $80 games? RAM costs way up. Supply chain costs making it hard to sell hardware cheap?
I mean, they sold 7 million Switch 2's which is more than expected.
I remember buying and selling Nintendo stock in 2018 at half the current price....
Pass. Let it fall another 30% then start buying.

On Interactive Brokers you just have to enable permissions, which is simple.
Other brokers probably also enable easy access to European stocks, Asians too but doing options on Asian stocks is a royal pain in the ass because the currency valuations are all like in the 10000s meaning stocks have numerical values like 100000 in the local currency,

I have a lot of acquaintances, and when i have the mental energy to get on a dating app i have no issue getting into the triple digits of 4s-7s.
but i havent had anything even close to a friend since high school.
I just can't stand letting anyone know anything about me. I usually use a fake name when i can. If you ask my parents what my favorite food etc is they wouldn't know.
I made an honest effort to open up to a person, twice even.
but all it did was prove to me that i can never be happy. Actually if a girl is overly interested in me i feel almost repulsed.

"Value" ETF - biggest position is Micron, Cisco, and Intel.
Also holds Microstrategy.

I went with small, very specialized european industrials because tariffs are helping them a lot, even globally, some had PEs below 8 (not now), and swiss for defensives because of the swiss franc perfomance in long term.
Right now the only US stocks in my portfolio are defense stocks because trump/rubio/bibi are full imperialist before congress turns democrat, and google because I can't see how they go wrong.

I feel like this massive tech bullrun since 2010 has broken a lot of people's minds. Younger investors especially like zoomers and millennials on average have like half their portfolio in crypto and tech if not 100%
I bet they couldn't name a single stock in sectors like materials industrials or energy. Their entire life is smart phone and semi related

back in december I was a hair's breadth from all-in on Micron 3x letfs with all my money and would have escaped the need to wage for it.
But it went up too fast so now it's gotta 'cool off for the next rally' or just dump or something idk.

IBM down 15% wtf.... They did a huge buyin to Quantum computing and made it very widely available and adaptable to businesses and those who would potentially further the development of quantum programing... why are they down? Is it their quantum computing hardware? Their software if I had to wager is best in class.

Redpill me on american manufacturing. Where are the companies? Who is going to supply the amazon bullshit but made in america? I'd imagine a partnership with tesla possibly because they are doing ai robotics and manufacturing. Where is that going?
