I can reliably predict 4 of the selected numbers EVERY draw. Doesn’t matter which lottery it is, give me 3 months of result data and I will do it every time. I did that for awhile with pocket change. Now I dont think there are lotto tickets under $5. What turned me off of it is one weekend instead of doing lotto, I took $20 while we were at the casino and next to min bet on slots. Had this theory too, they claim its random. But that is impossible. For there to be ANY large payout there has to be moments in time during play when the "random" numbers cluster, otherwise the payouts would be spread evenly every single play.
