I am quite comfy. If anything I think my portfolio is too PM heavy over all.
And swapping gold into silver has some drawbacks for me as well. First of all the cut the dealer would take. Then I would have to pay taxes on silver while gold is tax free. One of the reasons why I got so much in the first place. I am holding my gold for so long that any gains would be tax free. If I bought silver today and some crazy opportunity would arise in, let's say 6 months, and I would sell my silver, I would have to pay roughly 1/4 of my gains in taxes.
I can see the opportunity in silver, yet gold is the more risk free asset for me right now.
I appreciate your advice though.

You goys have too little imagination, the world reserve currency has a lot further to go down before it collapses. They've already done this twice and there's a lot more road to kick the can down than people are willing to admit.
