Any tips for enjoying veggies more? I made this, but ended up eating just the meat and egg and throwing out the veggies.

Yeah eat vegetables when they are in season and make recipes that are about the vegetable not "spend 5 hours autistically nitpicking about how and when to salt your meat and then throw in some out of season squash from new zealand so you don't die of colon cancer"

I don't like zucchini but gochujang makes anything taste good, honestly. I would've devoured those carrots and mushrooms.
You might just not like em, anon, because your spices/sauces are on point.
In which case I would recommend blending your veggies with fruits that you like and chugging them in smoothie form. No, it's not glamorous but if you don't like the taste of vegetables it's a good way to get em in you fast.

Oh also to add onto what I said here >>21975480, do you like soups? You can always make a vegetable soup with beef or chicken in it. Or blend it up into a broth that you can sip on.

I seriously don't know how people can't enjoy vegetables. Just some basic bitch shit my stepmother made for Green Vomit day was fucking delicious. Cabbage, carrots, potatoes, and onions just cut into big chunks and oven roasted.
I stole the left overs and added them to instant noodles for the rest of the week and fucking loved it.

You have to start by figuring out and explaining your problem with them.
Is it flavor or texture?

You bought and cooked vegetables only to throw them out?
What a fucking retard.

instead of frying the vegetables in tallow or god forbid oil just steam them and drown them in freshly grated cheese or butter

have you ever considered that if you dont like something its not because its healthy, and that being healthy doesnt require punishing yourself?

Broccoli is actually very unhealthy. It’s filled with enzymes which will grind against your intestines and cause heavy tearing and fistulas. Highly suggest not buying into big brocs ad. If you want something green, go for a green tea. It’s not heavy enough to cause any tearing of your intestines. These micro tears caused by broccoli will cause major digestive problems and can lead to heart attacks.

Even as a children I had a discipline. Delayed gratification, learning the cheeseburger was the real experience, made myself finish the drink first (usually club soda) as it was the worst. Then the fries were pretty good, and would get full off those, saving the burger for later.
nowadays it's eating all the peas, carrots, corn, and seeing if i have room for the delicious meat. eat all the pasta, save the meatballs for sandwiches
sandwiches are an exception, you eat all that at the same time
