You need to learn how to post correctly if you're going to make threads directly from a fucking telephone.
That shit is sideways.

If you eat a balanced diet times that includes dairy and fish with lots of nuts and seeds then there is actually no real biological need to eat week more than a few times a week if you aren't actively trying to build visible muscle size, because all the other stuff mention can give you enough proteins especially if you are supplementing that with actually nutritious vegatables that are full of important minerals and vitamins like sweet potatos and not garbage.

I'm a fully grown man, obviously I want, have, and maintain visible muscles. What appears to be about pound and a half of potatoes with some cherry tomatoes and sauerkraut is not a balanced meal. That's probably 700-800 calories with that olive oil included and you're lucky if it breaks 15 grams of protein. The tomatoes and sauerkraut are good but that's clearly an afterthought to what really is just a ,mound of potatoes soaking in oil. Does this look like a man who will temper his week with nuts and seeds?

A mound of potatoes pan cooked in oil is pretty satisfying so I’d give this a go

> but that amount would give me instant gastrocolic diarrhea
OP here, I only ended up eating half and wrapped up the rest for the next day. Even half of that amount filled my belly to the very brim with satiating warmth and the raw sauerkraut on top made it go down smoothly without any digestive issues as well as balancing the oily spices in the potatoes and tomatoes perfectly. Using black pepper freshly ground in a mortar and pestle (no microplastics) was the veritable chef’s kiss.
Visually, it may not have been much, but its taste was nothing less than majestic. The next morning I was still so full I had several cups of coffee and waited until 11am before eating anything.
