mix with soy sauce and vinegar to eat with dumplings and as a general dipping. mix with some peanut butter and soy sauce and mix into noodles. put it on a fried egg and eat it with the rice and wrap with dried seaweed. many options

Best used when cooked. I dont really like it straight out of the jar onto takeout. The crunchy bits stay together. Any time you use oil to cook something, throw some of that in with it. Eggs, pork, fried rice, noods of whatever sort, really anything.

Mix it with a lil honey, soy sauce, and powdered ginger and it makes a decent dipping sauce for dumplings or egg rolls.
