I'm going to be making a frittata this weekend for the first time. Anything I should know beforehand?
I'm considering adding:
>hot sausage (cooked of course)
>cheddar cheese
>broccoli greens
>roast potato
And I plan to do it in the oven.

>Chill overnight
>Next day fry some bacon
>When the bacon is done put the potatoes in the pan and fry them up
>Add some baby spinach to the ban and and wilt it
>Remove from heat
>Add chopped bacon
>Add some halved cherry tomatoes and feta
>Season
Then you can choose to either cracks eggs over individually to cover everything or to beat a bunch in a bowl and pour them over.
