No pic because I ate it all but tonight I seared some steak (NY strip) and sauteed some leeks with garlic, added mushrooms and deglazed in beef stock - simmered - added it to the pan with the beef frond and added a splash of heavy cream. Roasted carrots, potato, celery, and pearl onions in olive oil and herbs de provence.
It was pretty nummies ngl.
