Starting with Atlas, a software engineering student who works at an interdimensional agency (with his roommate) and does odd jobs to be able to pay rent.

He is laid back, easygoing, a follower more than a leader, and tends to go with the flow. He can adapt to just about any situation, and is very dependable and trustworthy.

this is gregory mackenna, he was a character i made for the ttrpg Things from the Flood i think? he was deliberately interchangeable and later i used him for a short story concept i never finished. it's been ages so i don't remember much i wrote for him
essentially he was a big dumb dweeb obsessed with the occult and stuff. i wrote more for the town than i did for him if i'm being honest.
the concept of the story was this weird town akin to Twin Peaks and Night Vale with a sleeping god in the desert below them, each major location in the town housed a part of his body and the community leaders were all cultists.
that's more or less as far as i got with the concept before i switched but i might revisit it someday
