Do (You) like any Monkie Kid ships? My favorites are both Peachynoodles(MK/Wukong) and Plumsynoodles(MK/Macaque), i sometimes also enjoy the three of sandwiched together. Big MK love sandwich. I enjoy Dragonfruit(Mei/Red Son) and MK/Lady Bones but that’s not for this thread,, I feel like Freenoodles(Tang/Pigsy) is the obligatory comfyship of the fandom and i do like it, their interactions and dynamic is very cute, but i kinda feel like Tang is too much of a manwhore to be tied down into a proper relationship like most Freenoodles content is.

For some reason the 2D LEGO style is so charming to me. It would bother me more if the show was 3D/rigged like 5 throughout the show, but the stylization and fluidity of the style feels so natural. I'm extremely picky with on model fanart though because it's easy to lose the charm of the style. It's also hard to [spoiler]lewd the legos[/spoiler] without it looking a bit silly

The fujobait is unironically so harsh in this show to the point that it is 100% intentional. MK feels like he is written to be easily able to mash face with any male character. Macaque and Azure are both written like Wukong’s bitter exes with bad oneitis. I have the foggiest recollection of a staff member hinting in a tweet that Tang and Pigsy were written intentionally as gay as possible without LEGO putting a banhammer on it.

Plumsynoodles, and for non romantic duo basedsauce, but basedsauce is also sometimes used for selfcest art of MK x his ink clone. I think it was made to mirror Peachynoodles but it feels kind of silly. It seems like the fandom can’t agree on a shipname for many ships outside of main popular ones and many taggers just tack on whatever words look cute together. It makes searching for fanart of less popular ships very annoying because the fandom is very pokeshipesque with shipnaming and refuse to tag it with the actual character names
