Felicia has latent cat abilities but hasn't been able to access them for most of her history. When Dr Strange mirrored the hex back she unlocked them and became diet Spidey with danger sense, claws, night visions, etc. Uses cybernetic implants to restore them sometimes but its mostly the bad luck stuff which is really an electric field around her because why not complicate it.

Don't know why it hasn't ever been brought up again that she could just see Reed about restoring them naturally. She wanted to do that before but Reed was on Battleworld with Pete so she went to Kingpin.
