A geeky late teen guy, with a hint of red/black pill mentality, skinny fat, not a loser but pretty unremarkable. He thinks girls are lame, useless etc.
Then, as he's about to die (from a car, from someone mugging him, whatever) he transforms into a fit, strong female, in a waay more better shape than him, basically Titania-like.
He have to keep fighting as her for whatever reason (maybe the mob want to kill "both of them"?).
Even though he HATE turning into a woman, he have no choice because she's stronger.
In parallel he will try to better himself as a dude to reach her physical level. There will be occurences when this idiot try to resolve a situation as a male then say "damn, fuck it" and have to turn reluctanctly into a female.

Uhh shit that's a hard one, cause they'res what I would like now vs what I would have liked as a kid
I think I would have every episode be a different transformation, like it's all genderbend but the circumstances and process change each episode. (Like one episode is the MC is turned into a legendary heroine and another is just a school episode and they're a girl, or evil girl boarding school)
I'd probably steal this concept from ics and expand upon it, just like a boyish boy who gets tf'd

Of course after a few issues he'll stop being mysoginistic.
So he'll mainly use his female form with zero shame, it'll be featured proudly on the covers etc.
But.... the less he dispises women, the weaker his female form go.
One day waking up he discovers his new form is actually petite, weaker, smaller, and very cute. He'll be this weak female most of the time and can sometime reverse to being a man to protect himself, but his default form is female. He needs to adapt to that now.
Publication schefule:
The mob problem was resolved in issue 3, in issue 3-6 he's a regular female super hero, in 7-10 he's small, looking for a solution to his problem, traveling the world as a weak female and sporadicaly changing into a man.

A some weird science nerd causes a lab accident that gives him the power to swap genders when he sneezes, the early stories would be him not being able to control his allergies (because nerds have allergies) and later on he becomes friends with the popular girls (as a girl) and has to balance his double life between nerdy shit and popular girl stuff.

Also he could have different skills depending on the gender, like solving popular girl stuff by turning into the nerd guy and finding a science solution to the problem, or fixing a problem with femenine intuition.

In a moment of desperate anger after being the victim of a violent mugging, a guy performs a demon-summoning ritual. However, there is a bureaucratic mix-up in Hell, and instead of receiving a badass demon to act as a bodyguard, the guy becomes the host of a succubus who can only take on corporeal form by hijacking his body. She can still fight, and even knows some sorcery, but it's a far cry from what he was expecting, especially since he has to transform into her in order to make use of her, which only makes him insecure. Neither of them like this arrangement and they bicker often, but once a pact with Hell has been made, it cannot be broken (it's also implied that the succubus isn't very well liked in Hell, so she's reluctant to go back). Things start off simply enough, with the guy taking on the succubus form to deal with street thugs and childhood bullies, but eventually more powerful opponents begin seeking him out: demon hunters, rival supernatual entities, sorcerers and even warrior angels from Heaven itself.

If the are transformed, then yes, if it's a rule 63 universe then I think it depends.

In the first case most characters would try to keep a sense of their old identity by dressing the same. Just gullible characters would feel the need to act as their new gender as some sort of "When in Rome, do as Romans do" way of thinking, characters like Bret from inside Job or Dave the barbarian would fit that.

In a R63 universe, It would depend of the character's og personality. Characters like Dexter or Dipper would be almost the same, but wouldn't be against feminine things, just not very fixated on them, Johnny Test might be a tomboy anyway and characters like Ben, or Scott would be more feminine than tomboyish.
