This is kinda weirding me out.
It's defiantly corruption. The outfit is outright called a "slave suit" by the artist, and that crotch tattoo doesn't lie. Enemy conversion through and through. But she herself doesn't have any of the usual tells for that. No empty eyes, no discoloring, no robotic movement, her actions seem perfectly natural.
