Some of the AI pics mimicking the anime art style from the last thread were pretty cool, there was a Kirika one at a desk in particular that stood out. That's one of the things I'm most interested in with AI art, especially for older series like this that lack newer stuff to post (granted Kirika became a bit of a meme and got more exposure and a bit of an art boom in recent years)

My favorite comment about Seiji's infamous anatomy comes from Masashi Ishihama, the person in charge of handling the character designs for the OVA. From an art book focused on various projects he worked on, he as politely as possible states, (google translated):

It's not a hot take at all. Matsuyama's art is inconsistent if he really tries, and ranges from "passable" at best and spirals down all the way down to "dear LORD what is THAT". The manga is given a pass not because it's better than OVA, which as mentioned >>2904484 is carried by the animation it has, but because it offers people more of the characters beyond two episodes... and even then Seiji mucks it up between the warped bodies and character blunders like "The character everyone likes because she's a fiery free-spirit has a secret shy demure personality when she sneezes (this may be her TRUE SELF??)"
