Hey, I just came back to /edg/ after a few months' absence, so I was going through the archive to see what I've missed, particularly in regards to Anima. I saw a bunch of these show up last month with this character sometimes feeding spam to the "OP" dog. But there's no text posted with the images. For my personalized content tier I'll just ask what character they want, any outfits, and a few notes like sex positions they want and whip up a 50+ image set. It's pretty trivial but you gotta work around people that don't really understand genning, which is why they're giving you money to do it instead.
